Vretas, Director Business Development Craig has been with the company since 1996 and has over 25 years experience in the call center industry. Craig is presently responsible for the development and acquisition of new business for Ameridial.  As Program Manager, Craig oversaw several major accounts including: Cole Managed Vision, EyeMed, Nextel and InPhonic.  Craig is able to offer detailed insight as during his employment he has held several levels of responsibility through Program Management, Special Projects Manager in Production, and Aspect ACD Administrator. Craig has extensive experience in customer service and customer support with a strong technical background. Prior to Ameridial, Craig was the Customer Care Manager for a long distance company and was Outbound Telemarketing Supervisor for Time Warner Cable. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The Ohio State Universtity.
