He has more than 20 years of knowledge in advertising, market planning, contract and proposal development, lead management and CRM. He also has a significant background in Inbound solutions and Business-to-Business lead generation. As Vice President, Sales & Marketing Steve's responsibilities involve leading the sales and marketing team, market planning, consulting, and building customer relationships. Steve earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Akron and his Masters of Business Administration in Management from Ashland University. He is a member of the Northeast Ohio Direct Marketing Association (NODMA) and Sales and Marketing Executives of Cleveland (SME). In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and is actively involved with his church.  He also enjoys exercise, sports and the outdoors.
