Mark Schmidt, President
Mark began his call center career in 1982 as sales manager at RCA
Service Co. where he improved branch sales performance from 134th
nationally to number 11 within his first year.
In 1990, Mark joined Ameridial as Project Manager and was soon
promoted to Vice President. During his nearly 10 years with the
company, Mark helped develop many of the processes and operating
procedures that supported the company’s rapid growth and are still
in place and relevant today.
In November 2010, Mark rejoined Ameridial as President and is
responsible for day to day operations and the profitable growth of
their commercial and healthcare divisions.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business
Administration from Findlay College, is a certified call center
auditor from Benchmark Portal and is past President of the Ohio
Chapter of the ATA.
