Meet our Healthcare Executive Team comprised of a core group of Healthcare Call Center
professionals with over 45 years of combined experience.
Ameridial has the experience, management, and knowledge in place to support your business model. Ameridial’s
healthcare division is led by a Compliance Director who has 27-years of extensive experience in Program Management,
Compliance, Audits, and has been a claim payment co-chair on the Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) x 12 that
collaborates with the healthcare industry to establish national standards. The Health Services Call Center Vice
President is a 20-year industry veteran whose past experiences include managing call centers for Medicare, Medicaid,
and Commercial carriers with direct oversight and management of Part-D Service for the second largest Part-D plan in
the United States. These key team members will drive the success of your program at Ameridial.
Michael comes to Ameridial with 20 years of supervision and management in healthcare-
related service organizations and call centers supporting Medicare, Medicaid, and
Commercial carriers. He has had direct oversight and management of Part-D Service of
the second largest Part-D plan in the United States.
Michael brings extensive experience supporting members, providers, and pharmacy and
enrollment services by meeting all service and regulatory requirements. He oversaw
S.T.A.R. improvement and the FCR initiative. He was directly responsible for the CTM
Grievance Department. Most recently, Michael was the Call Center Director - Medicare
Part-D with MemberHealth/Universal American/CVS-Caremark.
Michael McCarthy

Deb has 31 years of experience in increasingly responsible positions in the healthcare field. She
started her career at Aetna as a claims examiner. She worked as a manager at Cole Managed
Vision in the compliance, denial management, and audit departments. Deb also was a
Compliance Officer and Manager of a third-party claims administration firm. She is active in
the Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) X12 that collaborates with the healthcare industry
to establish national standards, has been a co-chair of the claims payment workgroup, and
consulted for NCPDP. Deb has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s
Degree in Education.

Craig J. Vretas, Director
Business Development
Craig has been with the company since 1996 and has over 25 years of experience
in the call center industry. Craig is presently responsible for the development and
acquisition of new business for Ameridial.
As Program Manager, Craig oversaw several major accounts including: Cole
Managed Vision, EyeMed, Nextel and InPhonic. Craig is able to offer detailed
insight as he has held several levels of responsibility through Program
Management, Special Projects Manager in Production, and Aspect ACD
Administrator.
